Player Mute in Chat/ Chat Highlighter [userscript]

    So some might like this others will think it's dumb. A faction mate asked if there was a way to mute players in chat so I wrote this and sent it to him so he could mute "the person" xP

    All you have to do is replace IDHERE with their player ID

    Player Mute download



    To remove everything use this:

    Player Remover download


    Here I've muted lolcatz because he was being stupid and WillieNelson just to test that it worked for multiple players and chats.





    Not really worthy of a new thread imo so I'll just add it.

    Chat Highlighter



    Replace URNAME with your name or a shortened version and any line in chat containing that will be highlighted, this is case insensitive. I for example use psy. The default color is greenyellow but this could be replaced with any seen here.

    Thanks to our recent friend in global I tweaked this script.

    This line can be repeated and changed if he starts saying something new.
    ex:

    now messages containing either @@@ or bla bla will be removed from chat.

    I left that because if you mute a faction mate then chain and nothing at all shows it might mess up a bonus.

    But I have added that version to the bottom now.

    I can't seem to get the Highlight script to work...If I want it to Highlight anything containing the word 'Selling' how would I go about that?

    I was too lazy too check more than 4 of them but they were all 0 days old and 999 fed when I woke. Not sure if it was random or I made a new friend I guess only time will tell :)

    Due to recent spamming I have added SpAm Remover to the bottom. It's the same as the player remover it just targets the text in the chat instead of the player ID. If the spammer changes their message you could just add another line in under to remove both messages.
