I might have to use word to format guides soon too :P I am definitely not a fan of how text guides look in torn forum at the moment... Other than nice layout, few things that I think would help: 1. a footnote or header listing what changes you are going to implement so hopefully people don't keep telling you to add x,y,z, over and over again. 2. Be Very Specific, concise notes on certain merits (expect someone reading this to have 0 knowledge of the game) depending on how "noob friendly" you want the guide to be. 3. Would you prefer to prioritize merits in order of their worth in points? So if 1 point = 80,000 than any merit that can be attained for less than $20 million in the shortest amount of time should be prioritized, then buying a merit until half your level, then back to the list...ect (there seems to be quite a few merit guides now...so maybe putting all the ideas into one might be good :P idk lol) 4. Little note about how seemingly intimidating merits like (Web of Perks are actually feasible with proper planning) 1 point in each merit is a perk,stock benefit blocks, enhancers count, unique educational bonuses, faction perks, property perks all count. For example: Marriage (requires having access to a friends list via Donator Status, a mutual friend who you are not getting married to, and a partner of any gender who is online for the process) Recommend: hitting level 10 on Facebook for free donator status days/flist and insert lvl 10 guide on FB Donator Days: Recommend getting free days from lvl 10 on Torn FB game. (see note on marriage) Silicon Valley: Simple Virus requires you to have CMT1520: Introduction to Computing to be completed. Recommended to Hold at least 100,000 shares of IIL to reduce coding times by 50% and gain the merit quicker. 3 Other ways to reduce coding times are: Educations CMT2580 / CMT2600, and also Passive of the Software Company. Education Merits: Methods to reduce education time are: Fitness Center (Player Company) you can reduce the length of any course by up to 5 hours a day depending on company star rank , Using a [b]Book of Christmas Carols[/b] reduces course length by 2 hours each, Merits spent on education length, and levels of Adept (Faction Perk) can also reduce it up to a maximum of 20% and stacks cumulatively with each other. Redline: (you'll probably have to wait for someone to past a cookie-cutter guide to new racing system) Other than that recommend custom races for shorter race lengths, caution that flights cannot be taken while racing. i.e. don't do them while trying for those merits or before hitting lvl 15. Note for all attack type merits stack them when possible: If during Faction Wars , bounty when possible before hospitalizing, use one weapon, ect. Rounds Fired: Recommend weapons Minigun, or M249 PARA LMG or p90 for efficiency. Get this merit prior to completing MTH3330: Bachelor of Mathematics (i think) Respect Gained Merits: is only via attacking it does not count respect gained from other sources like TV Network Special - [b]Propaganda[/b] Runaway Merits: Strongly recommend players who want these to start them early before their speed becomes over a million for cheaper sluts, and caution against completing HAF3111: Bachelor of Health Sciences as it makes runaways much harder to obtain. Stalemate's: To trigger the award the last stalemate must be done by an attack you make, not from a defend by you. (i still think it works that way) Bloodmoney: Probably easier to create your own mug target provided that person has a bazaar and items you want to buy anyway. A useful tip for collecting bounties is to put bounties on players you are intending to chain, providing you collect the bounty you will get your money back. Since you are going to hospitalize them anyway you may as well get something extra out of it.

Its not about getting money you fool, its about getting closer to achieving the bounties collected merits in an activity where you are spending e anyway.
