Guardian Angel		Defeat someone while they are attacking someone else. Ask a friend for help.
Domino Effect		Attack him to get this honor
Dead or Alive		Earn 10 million from bounty hunting.This one is pretty easy. Ask a friend to bounty someone with 10m bounty and claim it yourself very fast
Blood Money		Make $1,000,000 from a single mugging.Ask a friend to hold money then mug him.
Boss fight		Attack a npc(like Duke/Leslie/Jimmy) and help your group in defeating them
Pressure Point		Achieve 100 one hit kills. Use old inactive low level nubs
Friendly Fire		Defeat a fellow faction member. Kill that annoying guy you always wanted to but didn't as he is in your faction
1337		Deal exactly 1,337 damage to an opponent in a single hit.
Survivalist		Win an attack with 1% life remaining. You must start with more than 1% health. Use bloodbags, use pillows, ask opponment to use pillow.Once you are at required range , kill opponent with main weapon
Semper Fortis		Defeat someone who has more battle stats than you in a solo attack
Manu Forte		Defeat someone who has double your battle stats in a solo attack. Tell your opponent to get naked and equip a rusty sword beforehand.
Bare		Achieve 250 unarmored attacks(defends count too)
Vae Victis		Defeat someone that has five times more stats than you in solo attack.(Boosters are your friend here). You can ask them to get naked.
Phoenix		Defeat someone after previously losing to them up to 10 minutes ago
Woodland Camo		Win 5 attacks
Desert Storm Camo		Win 20 attacks
Urban Camo		Win 50 attacks
Arctic Camo		Win 100 attacks

Highs And Lows		Achieve a win streak of 25 in High-Low
Lame		Play Spin the Wheel, Wheel of Lame($1000 bet).If you are lucky you will get this honor bar.
Mediocre		Play Spin the Wheel, Wheel of Mediocre($50,000 bet).If you are lucky you will get this honor bar.

Worth it		Expensive but easy. Use a Stat Enhancer. The Stat Enhancers are Boxing Gloves, Skateboard, Parachute and Dumbbells.
Diabetic		Take 500 Candy items. Just buy lollipops from the city shop and eat them.
Alcoholic		Drink 500 bottles of beer.
Sodaholic		Drink 500 cans of energy drinks.
Eco-Friendly		Trash 5,000 items.You can buy cheap trash from the market and dump it to get it quickly.
Optimist		Find 1,000 items in dump. Takes 5 energy per search. So 5000 energy in total
Bargain Hunter		Win 10 Auctions.Just bid on cheapest uncommon items and you can get this cheap and easy.
Middleman		Have 100 different customers buy from your bazaar.To get this honor you, first of all, need a bazaar which costs around 250 points and you will get this honor when 100 different people buy from your bazaar
Clotted		To get this you should have done Intravenous Therapy(3 weeks).Now use an incompatible blood bag.
Vampire		Random chance upon using a blood bag
Energetic		(Achieve 1k energy).The easiest way to do is to stack Xanax.Start at 0 energy and stack 4 Xanax
Stinker		Successfully use a stink bomb to prank anyone.
Wipeout		Successfully use toilet paper to prank anyone.
Foul Play		Successfully use dog poop to prank anyone.
Lavish		Dump an item with a market value of at least one million(1m).

Kill Streaks

In my opinion it is best to tackle this when you have new player protection(for first fourteen days).Some Guidelines for easier life when you attempt these merits.

It is best to do this when you are not in a faction
Avoid the Global/Trade Chat Completely
Avoid forums
A single loss(attacking or defending) can reset your entire progress.
If you can buy losses then do so( as defends do count)
Try to do at least 60 attacks a day.
Do not travel as you will probably get mugged. Or use alarms
Try to kill low stat inactives
Keep your stealth on
Please don't try to get it during a competition(Eg Dog Tags)
Keep your bazaars closed and don't sell anything in item market either
Try to use refill daily, that is extra 6 attacks,using fhc/cans is also good.

Some terms used here are the following

Natural: A blackjack or "natural" occurs whenever the value of the initial two cards received by the player or dealer totals 21.
Double Down: This option is available only with a two card hand, before another card has been drawn. Doubling down allows you to double your bet and receive one (and only one) additional card to your hand.
Six Card Charlie: A Six Card Charlie simply means that you have been dealt six cards in your Blackjack hand without going over 21 in total.
Insurance: This is an optional side bet you make when the Dealers is showing an Ace on their face up card, this bet will be successful only if the Dealer has a Blackjack. An Insurance bet will cost you exactly half of your initial stake.

Notes:

The Stat Enhancers are about 430-440 million each. And you can buy them from city shop Nikeh Sports for 450m each. So never buy above 450 in any case
Please note that snowboard is not an Stat Enhancer. Do not get scammed.

Nice guide. I didn't know the Russian Roulette award and that I don't have to upgrade PI myself. As easy as ketamine is award for cannabis. Buying flamethrowers and selling them to the gunshop to increase networth also is trivial - one just need to resell 4 flamethrowers to get 3 merits (costs ~$4kk).

8. Just invite 100 friends, you get 2k points, invest them in Nerve Bar increase, and the rest in Nerve Bar Refill, do only 2 nerve crimes. I got it in 4-5 hours.

10. Once per day is enough. I got it by praying only once every day for 7-10 days, not sure how many.

You could change this, it might help people ;D

Id argue cannabis is easier because of the ketamine OD, you just need to OD once (which is quite likely in 50) for it to be less good

Red screen OD outcome was removed in respo :P but the ridiculous passive reduction to speed and dex remains! Ket ODs are probably the nastiest because of that, anyone had a ket OD since the % figures have been shown? As before it seemed close to near 100% reduction

Id argue cannabis is easier because of the ketamine OD, you just need to OD once (which is quite likely in 50) for it to be less good

Red screen OD outcome was removed in respo :P but the ridiculous passive reduction to speed and dex remains! Ket ODs are probably the nastiest because of that, anyone had a ket OD since the % figures have been shown? As before it seemed close to near 100% reduction

A ketamine OD sets your energy, happy and nerve to 0, gives you the -20% speed and strength reduction that the drug normally gives now, there's no red screen. 24-25 hour drug cooldown from an OD as well, so it's really not that big a deal. Basically the same as xanax minus the health loss and with less severe stat reduction.

Edit: This is a post-RESPO OD obviously. I just got this merit a couple weeks ago and had two ODs.

I checked after the two ketamine ODs I had while getting the merit a week or two ago and you definitely only keep the negative drug effects (-20% strength and speed), which show up in the stat effects percentages next to your battle stats. I could attack reasonably-ish fine after ODing.

Also it's -20% strength and speed, not speed and dex.

They must have changed it then, as anyone who ODd on ketamine before that recent drugs change will tell you that their dex and speed went to effectively 0. You'd struggle to hit level 1s and anyone could hit you back.

Some of the things on the list actually take quite some time to get. Here are a few additional you can add if you want that require pretty much just logging on of course/money. It should be noted that while many merits are pretty easy to get the best way is to overlap as many as possible especially the combat ones as noted below. Although I am not sure how "dumbed" down you want to make the list...

First Donator Days Merit (31 days), basically 1 DP
Marriage (every 50 days)
Faction Loyalty (every 100 Days)
Money Bags - Sell over 100m? worth of stock in the market
Bounty Hunter - Collect 250 Bounties: should be combo'd with Chaining / Faction War's if you can simply fly and/or don't care about retaliations(i.e. can just play a R/R and negate retaliations I think.)
Weapon Finishes (100 of each), combo with Chaining merits / Wars since you are hospitalizing anyway.
Spray and Pray - 2,500 Rounds Fired (combo with above, using p90 or M249 PARA LMG, or Minigun)
Group all 50 Drug merits and just list them in order of ease: i.e. Cannabis --> Shrooms or something based on either OD effect / OD timer (also note that 50 of each can be used and still unlock SSL Gym)
Add note to mugging 1 mil, easy way to do this is creating your own mug target through buying around 50m of stuff from a persons bazaar and immediately mugging them (frowned upon but I'd recommend if you don't have this honor / don't want to try and find a mug target)
Note for 100 Bazaar customers - easy way is to simply put trash items for 1$, (like bricks)
Silicon Valley Honor - Code 100 Viruses : fastest is by coding simple virus w/ Benefit Block of IIL (requires at least the education class CMT1520 Introduction to Computing)
Casino Game: High and Low - obtain 25 streak High's and Low
Medal - 500 Medical Items Used, combo with Russian Roulette, War time, ect. for best result use only Small First Aid Kits
Add note to city finds: Combo with Company specials like Candle Shops and/or drugs like LSD
First 5 Networth Medals: since both 10m and 50m are both Medals and Rank triggers obtainable selling items back to the game like Flamethrowers(cheaper with Gunshop Special), list some items sell for over 80% bought value are i.e. some cars and also Selling cars from GTA crime is actually not bad if you still need some GTA medals.

Stuff to add later(since they are not in game currently):
A lot of Event/Competition type honor bars ( a lot of them are 100% obtainable by anyone regardless of age/stat/wealth)

Optionally you could list merits in order of cost, by that I mean "easy merits" as obtainable for less than point value of buying a merit i.e. if 1 point costs $80,000 than 1 merit should be prioritized as less than 20 million investment of time/money to that player. Past this point it's basically just better to buy a merit until you cannot, before bothering to earn more "expensive" merits for example "Loan Shark"
