The Gold Noble Coin is an artifact item that, along with the a Leopard Coin and a Florin Coin can be traded at the Museum for 100 Points.

It is found in the city, once the "HIS2180: Medieval Archaeology" History course is completed.

The details of the item: "The first mass produced English coin and preceded by the Florin, the gold Noble was of value six shillings and eight pence. The coin was introduced in 1344, and weighed 138.5 grains, then during the kings second coinage was reduced to 128.5 grains. Present in Shakespeare's theatre, this coin is very sought after by museums alike."
