Hey all, so I've been working on a browser extension to help with hospital time tracking and I'd like to present - PotatoWarTimer!

    The idea is pretty simple:

    Get it for:

    • Chrome/Opera (and other Chromium browsers)
    • Firefox (need to select "Always allow on Torn.com")

It's my first browser extension, so all feedback and ideas are appreciated! It's completely free to use, but if you find it useful, consider donating.

Hope this proves helpful, good luck!

    Version 2.0.0:

    • Popup UI visual update (now displays a checkmark once it saves an API key)
    • Stability improvements
    • Traveling status now also displays location

Not sure if it's in torntools, but there is a script for it that's been floating around for ages. Still, always nice to have alternatives :)

Toolbox - a collection of my tools and spreadsheets made for Torn.

Guidebook - a collection of guides i made for Torn.

Yeah maybe not. It could be (maybe) another script i've been using called "Warbase" or something similar. Its either one of them, the only scripts I use on Torn. But i agree with you 100%, its good to have alternatives.

well as you mentioned, the visual confirmation after paste the API key surely helps to know if it all set or not, but big thanks, sounds a great extension, very useful

Go to extension, click the potato one and a box will appear and you put your public key in there and submit. Works like a charm for me on Yandex Android!

sweet, I better not get hacked for this lol!

jokes aside I'm pretty sure you'll reach a larger userbase if you make it a greasemonkey script instead, but at the moment I think it's a really great idea and it's something I've personally wanted to have/make for a while now. Will update once I test it out in rw!

I just looked at the code, the current version (1.0.1) is safe regarding abuse potential and scripting rules.

also TIL that js does not need semicolons to work, huh

Yea, JS doesn't need semicolons for quite some time now, but a lot of developers still use them out of habit.

Thanks, I have considered making this just a stand alone script, but I want to keep working on this extension over time and add more functionality to it.

Does it work on PDA?  If so, which one works?

Neither will work, PDA runs userscripts not extensions.

Check this out instead, by Seintz and finally

Not sure if it's in torntools, but there is a script for it that's been floating around for ages. Still, always nice to have alternatives :)

    Sabatini [1875071]

Yeah maybe not. It could be (maybe) another script i've been using called "Warbase" or something similar. Its either one of them, the only scripts I use on Torn. But i agree with you 100%, its good to have alternatives.

Anyone have idea for what other older one is called? I'd too prefer greasemonkey over a full extension

Oman may be referring to wall-battlestats. It has both hospital timers and a stat-spies column.
