    so i know theres a mission to send a lock pick in a fruit cake to someone in jail, however i've only just found out that whoever is sent it can't actually use to for themselves. my question is WHY?

    don't the powers that be have a think about changing that

    The player you send the fruitcake does not actually receive the fruitcake but since the last patch in this regard, he receives an event stating that you have sent them a special fruitcake, and there is a chance that he will escape from jail, so it will either say it failed or it was a success.

    A delicious looking fruitcake is delivered to your jail cell from (redacted) how kind! You take a bite, but it's rock solid, you give it away to another inmate who looks very keen on it.
