Torn Bazaar Filler
What it does
Adds a Fill button to every item on your bazaar's Add Items page (and an Update button on Manage Items). One click fills in the price and the quantity for you. Click it again (it turns into Clear) to empty the row.
Features
- One-click pricing: fills the cheapest item market price minus $1 by default.
- Your own price formula: a fixed amount, a percentage, skip the cheapest listings, or use market value.
- Live bazaar prices from weav3r.dev: cheapest, Nth cheapest, average or median bazaar. No API key needed for these.
- Combine price sources to set a floor, undercut whichever is cheapest, or keep a price inside a range.
- Quantity modes: list everything, keep some back, list a fixed number, or never list.
- Per-category settings: a different price and quantity for Drugs, Clothing, Candy, Melee and so on.
- Favourites and exclusions: star the items you sell often, block the ones you never want filled.
- Fill All: fills every favourite on the page, including rows that load as you scroll or switch category.
- Price check bubble: warns you when your price is far below the competition.
- Single-copy items such as weapons and armour get their checkbox ticked for you.
- Settings window that checks what you type before saving it.
- "What's new" popup after each update.
- Works on desktop (Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey) and in TornPDA.
Getting started
1. Install the script (link at the bottom).
2. Open your bazaar and click Fill on any item.
3. The first time, the script asks for a Public API key. It is only used to read item market prices and item categories.Settings
Open the Settings window in any of these ways:
- click the ⚙ cog on the Fill All bar,
- hold any Fill/Update button for 3 seconds,
- or pick Open Settings in your userscript manager's menu.It holds your default price, default quantity, API key and per-category overrides, plus buttons to clear exclusions and to reset learned item categories.
Price formula
The filled price is {chosen price} + {delta}. The delta can be a fixed amount (-1, 0, +420) or a percentage (-1%, +69%). Add something in [brackets] to choose which price it is based on.
Item market (the default)
-1 : cheapest listing minus $1
-5% : cheapest listing minus 5%
-1[1] : skips the cheapest listing, uses the 2nd minus $1
-5%[3] : skips the 3 cheapest, uses the 4th minus 5%Market value
-1[market] : Torn's market value minus $1
[market] : exactly market valuePlayer bazaars (live data from weav3r.dev, no API key needed)
-1[bazaar] : cheapest bazaar minus $1
-1[bazaar:2] : 3rd cheapest bazaar minus $1
-5%[bazaar:avg] : average bazaar price minus 5%
[bazaar:median] : the middle bazaar priceStale, sponsored and silly-cheap bazaar listings are ignored, so one troll price can't drag you down. If an item has no bazaar price, the script falls back to the item market.
Combining prices
List several formulas and the script prices all of them, then picks one:
-1[bazaar] | -1 : fills the higher of the two, so the item market acts as a floor under bazaar prices
max(-1[bazaar], -1) : the same thing, written out
min(-1[bazaar], -1) : fills the lower one, to undercut whichever is cheapest
min(max(-1, +10%[market]), -1[14]) : a price range: undercuts the cheapest listing, but never goes below 10% over market value and never above the 15th listing minus $1You can list more than two, like -1[bazaar] | -1 | [market], and put min() and max() inside each other as deep as you like.
Quantity
max : list all of them (default)
max-1 : keep one back (max-3 keeps three)
1 : always list exactly one
skip : never listPer-category settings
In Settings, click + Add category to give a category its own price formula and quantity, for example -5%[market] for Clothing, or skip for Special. Any category works, from Melee and Drug to Candy and Collectible. A blank field falls back to your defaults.
Favourites, exclusions and Fill All
Click the star next to Fill/Update to cycle an item between:
☆ : normal
★ : favourite, filled by Fill All
⊘ : excluded, never filled by Fill All, and a manual Fill warns you firstThe floating Fill All ★ bar fills every favourite on the page, on both Add Items and Manage Items, including rows that appear as you scroll or switch category. Click Stop fill to stop. Drag the bar anywhere; drop it at a screen edge to shrink it out of the way. It remembers where you left it.
Price check bubble
After a fill, a percentage bubble next to the price compares your price to the 3rd cheapest listing. For example, if your price is $5 and the 3rd cheapest is $100, the bubble shows 5%.
50% or less : red bubble
51-75% : yellow bubble
76-95% : green bubble
over 95% : no bubbleTornPDA
Works in TornPDA. Turn off PDA's built-in "Bazaar Auto Price" script and set the injection time to "END". To open Settings, hold a Fill/Update button for 3 seconds or tap the ⚙ cog on the Fill All bar. No code editing needed.

Posted on 11:57:26 - 20/08/23 (3 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkYes, that's why u should compare average price for last day with the one it autofilled, luckily both of these are on screen normally (average one coming from torntools).
But something can be done to warn users about this, u're right, I'll think something about making warnings if the price is way less than average in the next update. -

Posted on 09:34:02 - 05/09/23 (3 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkI have it disabled, but I think u can leave it enabled, AFAIK it doesnt conflict with mine.
You can always turn it off, if something is off.
Will test it later when I land.
UPD: yeah, it works fine with both enabled.Last edited by Silmaril on 11:00:23 - 05/09/23 (3 years ago) -
