    Scofield reported here about networth for properties being the full cost, ched quickly shows up and changes it to 75% of the property full cost.

    tomorrow's going to be a fun day to stalk HOF Networth

    If you own a Max PI your networth should drop by ~450m

    In Canada and the US its a sellers market
    Prices in my rural area went up 20+% since 1 July of this year.

    It hasn’t. I’m 3 days into having the 5b rank trigger. Had a buffer added just in case it did drop, but it has only gone up.
