So hey guys, this whole 'guide' is just for those who have started out Torn looking to have fun in the game. Reason why im making this is because unfortunately, players in torn generally don't like or have the time advising new players when they do go to seek advice, a big problem I had until I joined Calculative. Ever since I have come back on torn (official restart, yes it's allowed), players who start out see me with a P.I and Dp and instantly think im rich, when in reality I work hard for what I earn in torn lol. Anyways, this is a *BRIEF* guide to help those who start out, hope it helps, I will be tweaking stuff along the way so do post suggestions if you have any.

Staff edit - restarts cannot use referral codes

*Please note that some players will already know these stuff, so this information are for NOOB'S starting out from the bottom.

    SO HERE IT GOES

When you start out in Torn and instantly want to make money but do not want to waste irl money and sell DP's, one thing I suggest is Slutting.

    So what is Slutting ?

Slutting is when another player pay's you money to lose a fight with them, the price varies from people willing to pay 50k - 500k, when I first started out, I slutted until I had a good amount of cash and went casino's and got real lucky and won big. Please do note that if you follow my ways and spend your hard earned slutting money on casino's, there is a high possible chance you will lose that money. Anyways back to slutting, players also may provide Xanax (gives 250e to do more attacks = more money) and meds (items which get you out of hospital when you lose an attack. Also please note that some players do not pay, so the advice from myself would be to Attack once until the opposing player sends the money and constantly keep doing that. A way to find people are from the trade in the below chats.

If you do not want to slut and can afford to pay a little bit irl money to help you grow then go for it, my advice would be to buy 2 dp's (10 dollars), one dp to use, another dp to sell. You can sell a dp from 25m - 29.5m, price fluctuates. Once you sell the second dp, Rent a Private Island for 7 days (14million$).. use the P.I to build on your stats, again the more money you have, the more items you can buy to build your stats. I would advise using Hank's Training guide (http://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=15927204&b=0&a=0).. using his 'Premium Training 1' for roughly 5 days, this will cost 50mill so like I said, the more money, the better.

Once you have trained your stats for 7 days and the P.I rental is over, I would then advise Power Levelling to Level 15. Power Levelling is when you attack high levels with low stats to increase XP so you can eventually get to Level 15.

Whats so special about Level 15 you may Ask. Well once you hit level 15, there is a way of making money to pay for all the expenses of living a luxurious life, and that is through trvaelling to other countries and buying stuff, then selling them back in torn for a profit. The most profit you can make is buy buying flowers abroad and selling it to players who pay to buy these flowers, again you can sell your flowers in the trade chat below.

The following is a link to another guide; http://www.torn.com/forums.php?p=threads&f=61&t=15927057&b=0&a=0, Hanks Power Levelling guide, it gives you the links to weak players you can attack to power level.

    LEVEL 15 ACCOMPLISHED

So now you reach Level 15, what is the next thing to do ? I would suggest renting another P.I but for 27 days ( 25 - 30m ). Again if you can't afford it, go back to either slutting or selling one DP. Once you rent the P.I, make sure to purchase an airstrip in the property, this will mean that whatever country you trvel to, it's all FREE!. Once you upgrade to your airstrip, start stacking (see Hank's training guide) and flying to countries to pay for your P.I rental and the items you'll need in order to prem train. You can roughly make 2 - 5m everyday by collecting and selling flowers. If you also find a faction with high cumber, this gives you more items to carry abroad which means more $$$ profit.

Using the little advice above, im sure you'll get your feet settled and start making big moves (buying stocks, trading), this will all come in time so you just need to be patient.

If you have any questions then please feel free to message me but please do not beg me for money, I WILL not respond to Beggars. If anyone has suggestions to make this guide more informative then please do let me know. Have a good day guys and enjoy, and.. im.. OUT! PEACE! ps. please do add me to your friends list, thanks :)

Did you really have to put your referral link in a tutorial...

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they keep laughing, then they start choking on their laughter, and then they go and catch their breath. Then they start laughing even more.

So how do I convince a person, ya know, to actually pay me and not start attacking me and taking my money. This sluttign thing sounds a little counterproductive

because people mostly pay for slutting to gain medals in which you need 'successful defends' let's say you use your whole energy bar (25 energy per attack) so that's 4 attacks, let's say an even sum of 250k each attack that's one million, not everyone sluts so the people who hired you won't attack you, cause it's harder than people think to find 'a slut' if you keep the details top private chat no one knows you got money. and if you use your money then they can't get it

PI is a Private Island - the best standard property in the game, highest happiness and with a couple of fringe benefits like a private airstrip (for free flights if you hire a pilot) and a medical facility (faster healing if you hire a doctor), as well as a pool (+2% gym gains) and a shooting range (+2% damage)

    Look in the Wiki, Properties...

Sorry for the late reply -

Most guys are known to pay for their slutting serviceor always look at their enemies.. Its not %100 but it gives you a rough idea if people pay for their slutting services.

Alternatively, if you are going to make say 10 attacks, tell the person you are slutting for to pay you after each attack.

Just put it for sale on the item market, initiate a trade with another player or if you have a bazaar list it there.

I make my money from hunting in south africa just join 3 star farm or zoo and travel back and forth to south africa with the hunting bonus once you get your skill up will make close to 1.5mil from hunting then use that money to buy smoke granades or xanax as you will make more money doing that then just selling flowers. I make an easy 10million or more a day.
