My guess is your idea will receive opposition just because I remember a similar post about Roulette some time back asking why the game's roll had to be so long and why couldn't the game's graphics just be lessened or the results just shown and move on, and I think I remember the idea was shot down; I can't remember why, but I think it had to do with being able to just open a new browser tab and just play onward in Torn and just let the casino game run...but I'll agree with you, I don't see why some of the tedious button pushing only casino games couldn't just be auto-played w/ the same bets down...especially the slots. I honestly don't see a huge problem with letting the slots auto-play while you play in Torn, but perhaps someone else can enlighten me as to why that's really bad.
