The Israel-Palestine two-state solution, as I mentioned previously in another thread, is the only moral position regarding this hot topic as of late. Sequentially, would anyone here like to discuss the merits and/or contrasts of such a proposal? Additionally, what might that look like? I tire of the sperg virtue signaling in the other threads, given the lack of nuance and the 'my monkey tribe is morally superior to yours' type of behavior, etc.

On theory it's possible,in the current circumstances it's no possible YET, with certain changes needed to be done before this solution can deliver peace and prosperity for the region.

People pick sides and ignore the other side perspective.I know that following this message I would be attacked in this game over my background,I am familiar with that and it happened several times and with this subject being so sensitive I am not even surprised. When people are educated to hate the other side, it's gonna have it's impact on their future peace. The internet as well as a platform which has low regulation may be used as tool to manipulate people's minds to bring them against the other side through variety of methods. It is within the responsibility of both parties to fully dedicate themselves on a mission to get their populations to look above the arguments internally within themselves.Otherwise it's two rats in a cage which would just devour each other. When people let heart and emotions define their actions,it contains risks of forgetting your morals, especially on this type of subjects.

What do you referee to as 2 states solution?

Generally speaking, both Israel and the PLO agreed on similar solution, except for some details which Israel can not accept and PLO refuse to let go (giving up 100% of the area under dispute and not 90%of it, and the accepting ~4M aliens into the state of Israel).

Hamas, the Palestinian population (as it seems by 2006 Palestinian general election) and Palestine supporters ("from the river to the sea...") deny 2 states solution.

Since Hamas and the Palestinian population do not want a state if Israel still exist this solution can not be discussed in the near future.

Hamas (Palestine's leaders) intentionally murder children and elderly for fun.
If you support Palestine you also support intentional murder of children and elderly.
    Its that simple.

Doesn't matter, because muslim leadership will not accept any 2 state solution. They were presented with several plans for that, most with israel taking a much smaller part of the territory and there was no deal.

Is there a solution that involves zero involvement from the US? Because that is the one I would probably go with.

Welcome to Costco, I love you.

    A two state-solution is impossible.

    • The Palestinian territories are not a contiguous piece of land.
    • Locations like Jerusalem will always be contested.
    • The hard-right wing Israel government wants to kill all the Palestinians.
    • The hard-right wing Hamas government wants to kill all the Israelis.

You could maybe fix it if you had a time machine. Do you have a time machine. Because if you don't have a time machine then you can't fix it.

In the end, I believe the state of Israel will fall as Western support wanes during the rise of the Dark Enlightenment. The two-state solution appears to be the only viable option that could potentially save them. However, it would require implementation sooner rather than later, while they still have external Western support, opposed to a position of weakness later.

In simpler terms, the rise of the alt-right, which is gaining political traction in the West, means less support for Israel. This shift is a consequence of a pendulum swing away from Enlightenment. Although it seems Israel is f**ked either way, since Enlightenment has also turned against them. Lobbying for support only goes so far.

Your entire belief system seems to rely on the rise of the alt right, so what happens if the alt right doesn’t rise and is defeated by more normal beliefs?

No, the alt-right is not "rising" and dark enlightenment is not happening. People are not clamoring for less freedom. If anything, classic liberalism is making a comeback, not f**king absolutist monarchies. The whole notion that liberal democracies are failing because they are liberal democracies is false, liberal democracies fail when they forget they are supposed to be LIBERAL. Just because radical leftists call everyone right to communism a fascist it doesn't mean the far right is gaining traction, no one is rising to power promising to instate fascist dictatorships.

Their fate is bleak either way. Liberals of the Enlightenment won't support a far-right religious Zionist state committed to genocide. who is going to save them china?

Libertarianism is ineffective in garnering support within an increasingly atomized society. Show me recent elections where a moderate libertarian candidate won by a landslide—there aren't any, haha. If anything, moderates in the center-right and center-left are being consumed by the extreme political ends.

Yes, Geert Wilders, the alt-right populist, indeed won, forcing the center to compromise on their principles. Next are AfD and Le Pen

Oh god, you think geert wilders and le pen are alt-right. You have NO IDEA what far-right is. These guys ARE the center. You want to know what far-right is? Look at golden dawn in greece. Look at brazil's integralists. Your political perception is completely skewed to the left even if you don't side with them.
