I can agree with that at this point.

ig I’m just trapped in a wtf did I do wrong kinda thing in my mind rn. Thinking back over. Things I could’ve done differently. That kind of rubbish. But. Gah. Don’t half make you feel worse when you over think about it.

Time for a reset :) Go get some exercise, or sing along with some music. Get your body moving and breathing.

Change your state so your state can change.

The past will constantly change with your mood. May as well make it a good one :)

I'm sorry to hear you're in a mess at the moment. If you need a shoulder to lean on or a target to rant at, you know where to find me. And as for posting in threads, don't worry, they are in no way important right now. Just make sure you sort things out in rl. Everything else can wait.

Hang in there Ashlyn! ♥ You've gotten some good advice from Akira, and you are not alone in the 'UGH' vibe right now. :)

As for timely postings, I think we all understand RL comes first. This RP Forum is a sanctuary of sorts, a fun reprieve from reality. But we don't have to punch a clock here. We don't have deadlines. Yes, we're human... we may get impatient, and eager for a story to continue... but hey, as Frankenfurter so eloquently stated... "I see you shiver with Antici--"

Patience and waiting teaches us to take life slower. To stop and smell those roses. To appreciate the silent pauses between chaotic moments.

All things shall pass. Like a roller coast, we'll go from bad-to-good-to-okay-to-horrible-to-great-fantastic-magnificent-surreal...

Okay, Granny needs her meds to stop being so verbose. ;) Hopefully you get my point.

I made this one using Night Cafe - an AI image generation site that includes Dall-E but is actually just much better. Been having a lot of fun there! But you'll notice, as is the way with AI generated pics, there are some seriously wrong things if you look closely - but the vibe remains, so I love it :)

Very cool! A friend told me about an AI art site called Midjourney. Ever hear of it? I haven't tried it yet.

I have but it's on Discord and uses a bot to process prompts? I just never really got it, couldn't make the mental leap and didn't feel like putting forth the effort. There's no real user interface so I just never got into it.

Night cafe is super user friendly, and it's amazingly easy to make really cool looking stuff. Very accessible.

Well. As some of yk I am an airsoft user. Basically me & my friends sometimes have our own little matches out in the woods. And me being me. I ordered akimbo {two} glocks. I mean we all only use the airsoft pistols. But still.
