The marriage proposals were forced into this section and, let's be honest, they only muddy the water. They have nothing to do with rp. Imo, they should be put in the newspaper, where there is a seperate section specifically for this. Having said that, it is what it is and we have to deal with it, I suppose. 

As for the real rp's in here, feel free to join in any of them. Or create one of your own. Make sure you have a story line with clear boundaries within which people are allowed to wander. It also helps to set the boundaries of the characters you're looking to join in, such as powers, abilities and gear. If your story catches, there will be people that will join. 

I have seen a few marriage proposals in other forum sections too, so not sure how they're actually being relocated.  I did suggest a separate forum for those, but most people who responded (outside of RP) said they felt that's what the personals were for.  I think this is something we'll just have to live with unfortunately.  It'd be nice if there was a way to 'sticky' actual RP threads to the top of the list or something.

Hey RP forum!  How is everyone doing this fine 'tourism day'?  I hope you're making the most of the extra travel quantities!  I'm happy to see some new faces around the RP Forum, and look forward to participating in some of your new ideas for story arcs.  To the veteran RP folks, let's stir it up! :)  I see two new crime families taking shape, and of course Wood's is a staple of our sub-community.  If anyone has questions, or ideas for a new story, feel free to post those here.  Happy weekend!

It would be cool, and we might need a more seasoned player to take on that charge.  Looks around the thread for any volunteers. ;-)

Well I saw that Austen joined that one too, so a Dr. Jekyll/Hyde thing going on there.  LOL

Multiple thread stories tend to end up very confusing, more like two timelines than anything else. 

Tends to lead to frustrating miscommunication.
