Can you confirm whether or not it's running on the page by opening the pop-up for grease monkey while on the item market page and seeing if the script is listed there?

Running battle stats prediction. Greasemonkey shows the script is running but no changes on the item market page.

So I just did some testing and the issue stems from Greasemonkey, which doesn't seem to support GM_setValue and GM_getValue. It's an easy fix so I just pushed out a patch for that just now. Update the script and it should work!

You'd need to ask the TornTools developers to expose it via their plugin. The API for this on TornPal is public, so they don't need my permission to do it (although a heads up would be nice to expect the extra traffic xD).
