How can I see where a cell is getting its value from when there's no formula specified? Consider, for example, column E on the companies sheet: the special money value. It says an Adult Novelties job provides $1,803,627. This is obviously half the value of an eDVD, because you can get it once every two days. Makes sense. But what about Farm? How is the value of $317,494 calculated? I assume it's based on energy can value, but which energy can(s)? In both cases, the cell isn't a formula - it's a number. Where can I see the formula that decides what to populate these fields with?

Another example is column M in the StockList sheet. How is McSmoogle's value calculated? We don't get to see that. What about Evil Ducks Candy Corp value? Or HRG? etc.

It's important to know this information in case we disagree with how to calculate it.

Those sheets are imported to let me update them easily when Torn change things.

Column M of the stock list sheet represents the payout value. For stocks that provide items, it's just their market values (updated every minute); for stocks that provide more than 1 item, it's their market value average; for stocks that provide energy/happiness, it's calculated using an average of cans/candies.

Column E of the companies sheet is a little bit more complicated, because it depends on the user activities, but in general it follows the above approach.

If you have a better suggestion, you can write it here and i'll add it to the list of suggestions

I've been using this now for about a month. I've really enjoyed the travel, stock and chain list features. Overall this is an incredibly useful spreadsheet for personal use.

Networth has mostly stabilized and I've been watching spending habits to learn where I can hopefully make changes and see my networth actually grow. I've slowly been adding notes and goals to some sheets (yep - you have to be careful with where you do this so you don't mess things up!) in terms of what stock blocks I want to work towards next etc.

Would it be possible to expand the "stockTradingThisMonth" she to encompass a year? Or even the whole history since having the spreadsheet?

It could be possible, but it'll require more resources. Is the StockTrading sheet not enough? There, you have a summary of all your stock transactions. But let me know if you have specific reasons.

One thing you could do, is copying the transactions to a new sheet (tab) you create. But of course, that would be a manual process
