You can only do 1 user at a time.

So I know theres an api limit of 100 calls per minute, is there an IP limit? For example if I wanted to use 5 different users API keys to check between 1-100 user profile info at a time every 2 or 3 minutes would I run into problems?

There is an API limit, but we don't know exactly where it is. It's somewhere between 1000 and 2000 a minute though, so your use should be fine.
