Not much traffic in this forum unfortunately, didn't see this until now. Hopefully your event went well, lots of respect for anyone who contributes to the health of our bees. Lower Alabama here, and it's very easy to get local honey as there are plenty of hives. More importantly, I'm starting to see the hive owners advertise rescue missions in case anyone needs a population moved instead of destroyed when they settle somewhere awkward.
