Pork Tenderloin

Anyone have any suggestions on cooking a pork tenderloin? Especially when it comes to seasonings rubs and sauces?

Marinate in mix of apple juice, honey, and your favorite smoked meats spices (i like headcountry) for 2 to 3 hours. Then cook your preferred method(smoked or oven) until the meat thermometer reads 145. Good luck jb! 😋

I usually roast mine simply seasoned with salt and pepper. I then make a pan sauce by sweating shallots, adding a bit of beef stock, fig jam, and balsamic vinegar.

Posted on 06:14:01 - 17/12/24 (4 months ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkEasy and tasty? Marinate it in Soy Yaki. (Teriyaki sauce) Cook some extra down for a finishing glaze or dipping sauce. Roast the loin in the oven with a leave in thermometer I love mine.
