All kinds of fried rice

I love making fried rice.  

I was only trolling when I made one. But my bf asked for it daily. And then more ppl ask for it fir their church or club gathering. Then I started taking orders to make it. Then now my friends suggest me to run fried rice store lol. I probably would. It's easy to make, big profit, and so many ways to do it

I tried a recipe for spicy tomato basil fried rice and it was pretty fun and good and different from what I'm used to from fried rice.

this previous weeks were very stormy..(typhoons).

and now the winter winds blowing...

so I opted to prepare chowder soup. very comforting... and kids loved it.  

not just yummy but nutritious as well.

Better than sex cake, and sushi

Burgers and fries on the Blackstone. 

I like making rices, curry, paella, risotto, aroz caldoso. I'd love to make them with homemade stock, since it gives such a good taste.

Furthermore, I always make homemade chicken nuggets and fries for my kids once a week, I love it just to see how happy they are eating it. And they are nearly perfect at this point after doing it for a couple of years, fun thing is that there is always room for some improvement, but they are better than at most restaurants now.

Nothing is better than a juicy cheeseburger made with freshly ground (never frozen) beef. However, my fam adores my mapo tofu and red curry. I do too.

I enjoy making Sunday Gravy, currently making handmade tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch to cook Christmas Eve. In my opinion nothing tops fresh made pasta.

For Hanukkah, I made Latkes, Blintzes with Blueberry filling, a gorgeous brisket and garlic brussel sprouts for my husband and I. I am not Jewish as he is, but I respect his faith and have learned all the foods.
