I started meal prepping for work a few months ago and I tend to go the quick and easy route - Pasta, bratwurst and rice, boiled eggs. Looking to find some new stuff that's easy and will last the week in the fridge for the week at work.

    What'cha got?

I've been making these egg muffins for breakfasts, easy and tasty and filling.

    Makes 6 muffins

I usually do 5 large eggs, 5 oz diced ham

    5-6 large eggs
    4-5 oz Meat
    1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/8 tsp Onion Powder

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Reheat in microwave, covered, 30 seconds
