You can make budae jjigae by adding pretty much anything to your ramen if you put gochujang paste in it. Makes things come together that normally wouldn’t

My Japanese friends said instant noodle in my country could be categorized instant ramen... I just dumped either sweet corn, cabbage, green mustard, carrot slice... For protein could goes to egg and sausage... Stirr with sweet soy bean and chilli sauce with or without tomato sauce...

For extra toping can be use celery slice or large green onion grass, but don't to much just a pinch... Some fried onion would be nice...

Shrimp or squid half baked stir fry also good for the protein before mixed it into boiled pot... That's my number one instan ramen dumped... :d

#note, I borrowed the pic from some web... The product could be use indomie or mie sedap noodle, or just any... :D

Do you mean instant noodles? If it is, eggs are always are a winner. Mozzarella is weirdly nice with it as well.

an egg or two cracked right into the water while boiling (yolks shouldn't turn hard). A little bit of kikkoman soy sauce, shredded cheese, some kind of meat (normally polish sausage) chopped up small

The fried one or the soupy one?
The soupy one: salted duck egg + chili flakes + salted butter
The fried one: grated cheddar cheese + sesame oil

And stop eating japanese or korean ramen. It tastes like shit. Get the south east asian ones. Especially indomie.

Some of the australian and dutch tourists just won't stop eating indomie here. My american buddy even admits, among all asian countries he visited, indonesian food wins. We're just not very famous.

One of these days my face will get stuck in one of the repulsed expressions and NO measures of fillers or botox will be able to fix it

if you want it to hold together like an egg, you got to poach it in water and vinegar to stop the egg from dispersing, (if you want egg drop soup then ignore the above), then add it to your ramen, any other way the egg will just separate every time pretty much, the way to get the egg as you want, boil it shell on, from cold water for 7 to 8 mins, dump in ice water to stop the cooking process and peel them and back into the ice till completely cooled down, then i soak the egg in soy for a few hours.

Soy eggs (soft boil eggs, peel, leave in soy-mirin-garlic-chilli,green onion, etc marinade for a while), so good.

Crispy breaded chicken, cut into long strips after frying

    Seaweed and sesame seeds

    Raw garlic

    Leek

Soft boiled eggs are so good, fried eggs, spam, chicken, pork cutlet, spring onion, definitely chili oil - you can get satay sauce which is a really good sauce for any noodles, then obviously dumplings (pork are best), fish balls, beef balls
Ooh and kimchi is good, cucumber salad, I sometimes eat sardines with ramen too :)
