There is always talk about if a certain food is better from Chicago or New York. It almost as if Chicago and New York are in a food competition against each other. Lets talk about what the differences are, what we prefer, and which pizza or hot dog place is their favorite. If any of you are not from Chicago or New York, and the place you live has a unique recipe or style for pizza or hotdogs, feel free to let us know about it. I will start simple by saying Chicago style hot dogs do not have ketchup on them. Rumor has it, people may experience weird looks or rude comments for simply asking for ketchup on a hotdog. I have not experienced it myself as I wouldn't ask for ketchup on my Chicago style hot dog. I may sometimes put ketchup on a home cooked hot dog, but rarely.
