I like Japanese food a lot. Sushi, curry ramen the works, but I also like middle eastern food so I don’t know that I could pick between the two.

I feel like some of you need a map of what Asia is...

I can enjoy some eastern Asian food, but it's generally too sticky and chewy for me. Fried rice or noodles is delicious, but that's a rather minuscule part of eastern Asia. Personally I prefer middle eastern over eastern Asia, and with all the kebab shops here in the west I believe that's the general consensus. Falafel in pita, doner kebab, vegetable/chicken pakora, Börek and so on... Still, the top on my list is Indian, mainly palak paneer (spinach and cheese), but it has to be spicy, as much as you can handle.
Pretty sure all comments have been valid Asian cuisine. I just prefer what I prefer.

sadly I limit myself by eating vegetarian so a lot of Asia's best is off limits for me.
+1 for a good spicy palak paneer though!

I love chinese, india, and indonesian food.
Chinese food is actually easiest to make compare the other two. But i still love it :D
So which asians you think have the best asian food.
To me, the Vietnamese "Pho" is, quite simply, almost the best thing I have ever eaten.

I like the version with the "gooey bits", tendon, book tripe, beef both cooked in the process and, thinly sliced raw beef (placed on top of the bowl and gently cooked in the steaming hot broth).

Cilantro and white onion, for dressing.

Since my grandfather was Indonesian, Indonesian I guess, though Asia is very diverse in food, just saw a documentary about Chinese regional food and it really makes me feel like eating it all. I guess we westerners don't know that much about Chinese food, and Chinese restaurants here don't really serve real Chinese food, but more food tailored for western taste.
