"Rinsed"? I think I'll need a explanation here before I comment on how wrong I think you are. I keep picturing someone taking a slice of pizza and holding it under running water in the sink, but I'm hoping that's not what you mean.

I will assume it is meant as a joke. Because there is debate on if one's chicken or turkey, or possibly ground beef should be rinsed before used.
( I do not know I just know from what I have heard.)

The question would better read as Does your frozen pizza need to be rinsed before cooking? That would be a bit more commical than the way you put it.
