    What you have as Philadelia Style pizza looks like Detroit Style Pizza. Although I think it really is called Sicliian style. Although I think there are differences though.

    On pineapples i think that is just weird on pizza? surely pineapple is best to eat on its own?

    I like my pizzas like I like my women. I like them all. I do prefer Sicilian, calzone, and Neapolitan styles, though. I also prefer less toppings to more. There's a limit of three toppings, in my opinion.

    I came to complain and admonish everyone for not including Detroit Style, and my cold stone heart was warmed when I found I was too late, because many others already had. As it should be.

    And someone said Michigan isn't a real place? Pft. You don't deserve Michigan. I'm driving to Lansing to talk to Big Gretch about getting you banned. When you seek a pleasant peninsula, seek somewhere else.

    I don't think I've ever had Chicago style. Looked like it's probably good, but looks too heavy for my taste. I like thinner types like New York style though - nice to fold the slice lengthwise and eat like a taco, nice and self-contained.

    Furthermore, the best set of toppings for day-to-day pizza is pineapple and jalapeno, preferably drizzled with a good hot sauce.

    I also like something off the wall at places like Motor City Brewing Works, like their Roasted Pear and Fig pizza (Olive oil, gorgonzola and oven roasted pear, fig and red onion tossed with spices), or my usual one there, the Danimal (Olive oil, gorgonzola, tomatoes, caramelized red onion, artichoke hearts and fresh basil).
