I'll keep the intro brief, but suffice to say, I'm going to use this thread as a way to document and write down my thoughts and experiences at established restaurants across the US (predominately the North East.) I'll leave a bit of a price ranking, name, location, and my experiences there. I've been to quite a few places and I thought it would be nice to write them down. I'll be adding to this list as I explore and go to new places. Please feel free to add your own experiences, reviews, and favorites down below! I'll reserve the first few posts for my experiences.
