How many people are you trying to serve? It sounds perfect for a nice roast; traditional wisdom is 1/2 pound per person. You could also cut it into steaks if you prefer.Edit: If you're doing a roast I do recommend going all out-- I have an amazing recipe my wife and I do together that I love.
