When I visited Brazil you could get pizza with banana on top...that was quite tasty. I've often thought about other fruits you could use as a topping - grapes seem like a good idea as do apples - with the latter I guess you'd get a bit of a crunch! -

For the watermelon you could always do a reduced/caramelised watermelon sauce as the base layer with some nice gooey cheese and feta, spinach and maybe some prosciutto.
Fruit on pizza isn't terrible as a concept. Multiple fruit types is a no no though, overwhelms the cheese and dough. I am still scarred from a hawaienne pineapple and maraschino pizza. Too sweet. -

Maybe even a bit of balsamic if you feel the need for a "sauce" -

Although talking about fruit on pizza. When I was in south Africa they had Avacado on pizza I did not get it in case I did not like it. -
