    Shockingly easy too! Well, moderate level difficulty, I guess. The hardest part was waiting on the beef to braise in the sauce. Cilantro was hittin. White onion was hittin. I was like...

    Tacos al pastor. I didn't do the it shawarma way, but I pressure cooked pork shoulder in a chipotle mojo marinade and just shredded it up. Soz for inauthenticity but i ate six

    I'm not one to be a purist, but the birria trend is missing the best part of sinaloaese birria--it's made from goat or lamb and it is freaking amazing. The beef is fine, but there really isn't anything like the original with tomatillos in the broth and a goat meat base...
