This could be a case of CAD (contact allergic dermatitis) caused by garlic peeling or other similar activities. You've developed a sensitivity to garlic, onions, and chilies, among other foods. Stop peeling with your bare hands. When peeling or doing housework, try to use some sort of barrier, such as gloves.

For more information, contact your dermatologist online or in person.

Oki i buy gloves. Thx all for info.

I thought it was something everyone who cook experience hence I made post to compare exp. But maybe my skin just can't handle it. Even after it's gone for a while (i use oil or milk to wash my hand) but later at night i could wake up with burning hands.
I will try find silicone tho as probably more heat resistance than latex.

    Tyty

Naaa this is something more then just garlic as I can run garlic on my skin and have no problems same with chilli as mentioned above wear some latex free food grade gloves and maybe think about seeing a dr over it

Reason for saying maybe avoid latex is it might give you discomfort as most people with skin problems will have problems with latex

Hi dedesilver. First thing you should wearing gloves it probably a best way to keep your hand away with these evil things. Or you also can use one hand with fork to keep them, one hand with knife to cut. Just make sure that you are not using you hand straight to it. You will be fine ^^

I use blue nitril gloves when cutting the spiciest of my chillies. Then forget about it, rub my eye and cry for 30 minutes.

    Week for Ferrari
    Week for Ferrari v2

    OCRC

    Planned:

    Week for Ferrari v3

Skip the nitrile gloves, go to Gordon food service or your local equivalent and by powder free, vinyl food prep gloves. That's what I use in my kitchen at work.
