Take a soft banana that is not black yet. Put it in a bowl. Add two eggs and a little vanilla. If some Kahlua happens to spill in the bowl, do not panic!
Take a fork and mix until it has the consistency of pancake batter. Cook it like a pancake. My kids used syrup but it is cool plain too. (Kahlua was not used while feeding my kids! Haha)
The ratio is 1 banana:2 eggs. If you are cooking for more than one person, I strongly recommend using more eggs and bananas.

I would not do this because I do not like Bananas but Thanks for sharing. IT is nice to see creations from other people.

Also you can take out the vanilla, and add a scoop of vanilla flavoured protein powder for those gainz.

Sounds solid, although I am potentially worried about the eggy ness of this dish. Will have to test

We have a similar recipe to this where we also add some flour. Makes for a good snack.

    Recipe to Banana Fritter (Maruya)

1 cup of flour for 6 sweet plantains/cardava bananas. This makes 6 servings. I've always eaten this snack without sprinkling sugar/syrup on top.
