Late night dinner: Salmon with rice and barley

Salmon fillets that I'd previously thawed, with grapeseed oil, a mixture of seasonings cooked for about 11 minutes in a toaster oven, with a side of prepackaged frozen brown rice, red rice and black barley that cooks in about 3 minutes in the microwave. Very tasty, too.
