I had this long back where I used to take demands of various people and let them know how we do cooking in India. Each country has their own dishes and we have plenty to share with every.

Since I got busy with life I could not follow it up but lately a lot of my friends here want me to do it again. So I will use this hard time for everyone and spread a lil joy and smile through some of my cooking. I am not a chef so you will not see top notch decoration but it will be what we eat on a day to day basis which you can cook easy at your home. It could be a curry , bread , rice , dessert , etc. Will try to do 1 dish per week with good pics and easy steps to follow.
