Sazón, Cavendars Greek seasoning, Mustard powder, Onion powder are all in heavy use here in addition to the ones you listed.
Butter not margarine
Coarse sea salt not iodized

Also fresh coriander (cilantro) and loads of onions.

- Butter
- Onions
- Cumin
- Wine
- Thyme
Good knives are essential too! 8" French chefs, paring and filet can do everything. Remember: You are more likely to cut yourself with a dull knife! Keep them sharp. -

For us, we always have a couple of bags of rice. We also always have onions and garlic and at least one type of meat in the freezer. -

The OG's have been mentioned so ill try to add things not mentioned. Cayenne pepper is one of my favorite ingredients for adding flavor and a punch. Honey and apple cider vinegar are natural tenderizers and can add a ton of flavor to a dish. FRESH BASIL (my neighbor grows) i use it in cooking and drinks all the time. Himalayan pink salt tastes better to me than regular salt but I think that's just in my head.Last edited by TheTollTroll on 00:39:17 - 12/05/21
