All our bread dough was made with a bread machine. Use standard kneading and rising times if you do them by hand. Additionally, being from the USA my measurements are in English, not metric.
Portuguese Sweet Bread
1 1/3 Cups of Milk
1 egg
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 Cups Flour
2 teaspoons yeast
GLAZE:
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
Use dough setting on machine. Shape into 3 rounds on cookie sheet and let rise till double.
Brush with GLAZE and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min
For the rest of the recipes, pictures are faster.

Normally this dough is divided and half dyed red. Rolling and twisting tubes of dough to create candy cane shapes. This dough is very delicate and the cookies break in transport. The docs, though a color swirl didn't quite work, held up to deliveries much better.
Sugar Cookies found on website I don't remember.
This dough is great! You don't need to refrigerate and can roll more than twice!

I penciled in alterations. If you use the extra banana make sure you use the extra flour.
English Muffins
English Muffins are not baked. They are cooked in a frying pan/skillet.
