It’s not really healthy I mean you’re eating your veggies and dairy, so it’s kinda healthy, but let’s get real, is anything truly HEALTHY?
processing foods are bad.
gmo’s?
Studies have shown that genetically modified corn and soy fed to rats led to a higher risk of them developing liver and kidney problems. These health risks may not be transferable to humans, but they illustrate the unpredictable nature of GMOs on living things. GMOs are not always tested thoroughly.- Is it healthy?

I admit I'm a bit confused by the question. Are you specifically asking if GMO vegetables and other foods generally considered to be healthy are still beneficial if they're genetically modified? I think they're likely healthier than not eating any vegetables at all, but GMOs may come with their own downsides. Given the options of never eating vegetables again or only ever eating genetically modified vegetables, I'd probably go for the latter.
I'm starting to confuse myself. I'll stop here. You can stop typing out your thought process now, Bapki. -

Organic vegetables are healthier option, but more expensive.

In a world where we can't trust even the food we grow in our own backyard veggie patch, or the water we drink and the air we breathe is growing more toxic by the second...just eat and do everything in moderation. Love everyone and die free.
GMO foods as a label is hugely generic. In a lot of foods, genetic modification is great as it helps against diesese and pests and adds vitamins to foods that are needed in vitamin dificient countries. That being said companies like Monsanto are too scary.
Growing and eating your own food is good fun -
