So with Easter around the corner, Christians are anticipating a festival about the resurrection of their tortured zombie lord, and we all start thinking about about the goodness of chocolate. What is your fav chocky and why? Is it the bitterness/sweetness, is it the memories it's connected to, is it what you make with the chocolate, or maybe the texture? For me it has to be the hand made chocolate I helped my neighbour make from scratch. The process is time consuming and it was a lot of work for a couple of blocks, but it was worth it(There are plenty of vids on YouTube if you want to learn about it...). Man, that ****in chocolate was awesome, it changed my whole perspective on what chocolate should/could taste like.
