Hey all, been cooking as a profession for close to 20 years. And i love to make some good home cooked warm feeling food. Risotto is one of the things i love to make for people when they ask me to cook.
tomorrow for my girl i plan on making a sweet corn and roasted cauliflower risotto. I have a recipe planned out in my head and i think im sure i know the flavors im going to go for.

Anyone else love risotto, have any good recipes of their own, Or even have something to add to me creation tomorrow night.

I read a recipe from Gordon Ramsey on how to make a lovely mushroom risotto. I want to try it myself once I get home. Tell me how your risotto turns out.

I have executed many recipes from the great Ramsey lol! mine turned out great! next im going to stick to a corn flavour but im going to try and put the flavors of Mexico street corn into it.
My partner has not ever had risotto until the other day and has already asked for it twice since i showed it to her. Shes Mexican so that type of rice is new to her

Wow. I can only imagine how amazing that risotto is going to turn out. I love the flavor of some nice corn. Where I live, just an hour or so away I can get some of the nicest corn on the cob. I wonder how great it would be in a risotto. Please do let me know how your experiments and food turn out. I, much like your partner I imagine, hope for good results!
