    Baileys Irish Cream and Twiglets
Omg im repulsed yet curious to try this.

My wife used have molten Maltesers ontop of a Cheese & Tomato pizza during our eldests pregnancy.

We used to ring up our local pizza place, put an order in and they used to kindly pop into the convenience store next to them and buy a bag of Maltesers and pop them on the pizza before boxing it up.

We were ordering up to 4 times a week in the last trimester. I think it made good business sense to keep a hormonally unbalanced, sleep deprived, and easily irtitated pregnant woman happy. Lol

I give away this secret reluctantly but I'm afraid I may pass away one day without passing this knowledge so here goes.

    Toast
    Cream Cheese Spread
    Golden Syrup

The toast provides crunch, while there's a mouthwatering battle in your mouth between sweet and sour.

Also delicious with shredded cheddar or gouda if you don't have cream cheese spread, albeit to a lesser extent.

Up the class factor by using real cream cheese (instead of spread, but this is untested territory) or flavoured cream cheese (salmon, I'm looking at you) on Melba with maple syrup (or experiment with honey).

For our friends in the USA: Bagel, cream cheese, crispy bacon (bits for style, slices for convenience), maple syrup. Combines sweet, sour and salty into a mouthplosion.

    My work here is done.

I was surprised, I was munching through twiglets one Xmas, and took a swig of Baileys at the same time...

Now why didn't I think of that when I was pregnant?!  All I ever wanted was Delmote tinned fruit!!

all the best combinations are discovered by accident. Found out i love my donuts dipped in chili by accident. Was really hungry grabbed some chili and donuts on my way home from TIM HORTONS!. the chili blew up and covered everything. But hey, i was starving so i started eating. Best day ever.

Jam and cheese sandwich, cooked till the cheese melts. Simple delicious comfort-food.

    Yaminos [2108464]

are you saying like putting jam into a grill cheese? are we talking cheddar or like a creamy goat? im interested in both to be honest lol

    Ekko_ [1621978]

Yes. I didn't say grill because I think Americans use that word differently than we do. Cheddar is good. I've not tried other cheeses on it.

    Yaminos [2108464]

doing it tomorrow at work. ill get my sous to try it too lol
OMG this would be good with home made jalapeno bacon peach jam and gruyere and some ciabatta bread grilled *drools in american*
