A quality thick cut bacon, and a real ****ing tomato. Some of the mass grown ones at the market these days have very little flavor.
And lots of fresh cracked pepper. -

As for BLT, BELTs are good too.

Other greens like arugula or spicy mustard greens can add even more flavor.
