Pour 1 cup of rice in 400 ml boiling water. Boil for 8 minutes and then take it off the stove. Strain and drink the liquid. Drink 2 times every day. Helps to put some cooked carrott pieces in there too. Always works for us.

If you want to ease stomach pains, ginger, peppermint, or bitters will stop the pain. You just have to figure out the best way to ingest it without making yourself throw up, as they'e all fairly strong in flavor.

I'd suggest making a mix of half water, half ginger ale, and a couple splashed of bitters. It doesn' taste the greatest (bitters is an acuired taste), but I garunteed it will ease any stomach pains. Ive litterally had guys in my kitchen who were pale, nauseous, throwing up, and wanting to go home... I made that drink for them, made them sip it slowly over 20 min, and by the time they were finished the drink, they were back in action. It' also a great way to cure a hangover

Between the ginger in the ginger ale, the bitters, and the slight carbonation, and the fact that your putting SOMETHING into your stomach... it' a fairly efficient way to end nausea and stomach pains.

If your not sure where to get bitters, your closest liquor store should carry it

"A bitters is traditionally an alcoholic preparation flavored with botanical matter such that the end result is characterized by a bitter, sour, or bittersweet flavor. Numerous longstanding brands of bitters were originally developed as patent medicines, but now are sold as digestifs, sometimes with herbal properties, and cocktail flavorings."

It' an alcoholic distilltion of differant herbs, barks, berries, and other things. As per the Wikipedia entry, it was originally created as a medicine, but is now most commonly used as an additive in mixed drinks (an olde fashioned being the cocktail most famously known to contain bitters)

The flavor is damned near impossible to describe, but as stated above, the name fits the flavor. It' usually very strong, fragrant, and bitter, which is why you only need a few dashes of it, and why you don' drink it solo

Drink fruit juice (apple is what I drink), and apply hot pad or hot water bottle to stomach.

    Helps me... usually.

Earth Mother, Ganesha, Ra, Zeus, Jupiter, Mithra, Jesus, Allah,... GOD...  and the Internet God of conspiracies... I beg you:

Hot herbal teas. Ginger for tummy. Bay leaf for pain. Chamomile for colds or "girl problems". Peppermint to help clear your head.

Besides that avoid junk food when you're sick because it definitely won't make you feel any better.

In where I live, we usually really prepare something sour and hot for a soup. But sometimes sour isn't the best way to cure the sickness cause of the acidity... I usually want a mushroom soup or if not, we have this moringa soup with ginger on it.

Add Pocari Sweat for that lol (not promoting at all hahaha)
