Hmm as a standalone I'd say potatoe. Let's see how many egg potatoe ideas we can come up with and tally. Obvi nothing gross although I suppose there are weirdos who like pickled boiled eggs?
The mighty tato:
Roesti
Gratin
Baked tato
Mashed tato
French fries
Curly fries
Country fries
Tato salad
Hash browns
Tater tots
Fried tato
Grilled tato
Bbq tato
Tato chips
Boiled tatoes
Adding: Tato cakes
Settle the debate

An interesting fact about potatoes though, they hold more nutritional content than the overpriced, unsustainable, ridiculously trendy, poop-tasting, saponin-covered quinoa that all those health crazed yuppies eat. I laughed my head off when I found out.Last edited by LuluCthulhu on 01:35:12 - 16/06/18 (6 years ago)

Invented a vaccine that prevents salmonella in chicken eggs, and is used on over 18billion chicken per year. Salmonella is fairly rare unless the eggs are mishandled, or come from farms that don't follow recommended vaccine schedule for chickens.
I happen to know him, which is why I know that lol. But with that said, you may not get salmonella from potatoes, but eggs won't give you solanine poisoning, so it's kind of a mute point either way. Almost any food can give somebody a food borne illness if handle improperly along the chain from farm to consumer kitchen tables -

So the egg. End of debate. -

Voted for eggs but both potatoes and eggs are good...
Actually I’m craving scalloped potatoes right now.Last edited by Ninivah on 12:25:43 - 07/07/18 (6 years ago)Yes, I'm mental.

From soup to pancakes, baked, fried, boiled, and fermented.Have a Great Day!
