Prison Goulash. Meaning adding abnormal items such as Raman noodles with BBQ sauce with Tuna for a spicy Tuna pasta.

Prisoners usually make up stuff when they run out of commissary and want some food before bed or when they are hungry because they did not like the food served to them.

sometimes i forget to eat for a few days and then a cold sweat shakes and debilitating hunger hits. I think some of stranger combinations have been panic-eating of sugar+ketchup+wheat flour before stabilizing.

Or if referring to odds and ends, using the leftover pasta from spaghetti re-heatings, frying it with some butter and eggs. And meanwhile mixing up a tomato sauce in a wineglass :p Added some cheese and that served as todays main meal.

Smash a pack of cinnamon & brown suger pop-tarts plus a pack pack of chips-ahoy cookies (make sure it is smashed up very well) add a very tiny bit of water just enough so you can mix up the pop-tarts and cookies into a past; it ends up being something like frosting. Spread the "frosting" over a large glazed honey bun. It is a total sugar rush. I swear after being sober for a few months you will feel like you just did a blast of coke after eating this.
