    I usually try to eat healthy but crave a junky hunk of burger every once in awhile. Which franchise burger joint do you indulge in for your guilty pleasures?

    I usually go for In-and-out burgers. A double double extra toast caramelized onions, animal style fries, and a chocolate and vanilla layered milk shake.

    my 3 favs depending on my mood


    Mushroom Swiss Burger
    Sautéed mushrooms, and melted swiss on a fresh baked deli bun brushed with a hint of garlic parmesan butter

    A-1 Blue Burger
    Blue cheese crumbles, a-1 steak sauce, crispy onion straws, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo on a fresh baked Miami onion bun

    Six-Alarm Burger
    Fresh salsa, jalapeno and hot peppers, chipotle sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato with chipotle mayo on a fresh baked bun with chipotle mayo

    Burgerville is best, but its locations are limited to the area around Vancouver, Washington, USA. Most sad.

    My fav has to be 5 guys but to be honest we don't have a lot of good burger joints around here.

    Shake Shack NYC or this bar i go to called 3rd & 7 in Brooklyn - they make an outstanding burger... get it medium or medium rare - comes out "alive" - still sizzling... good greasy old school burger

    Sure would like to try In & Out once. I listen to a radio show in the mornings that talk about it every now and then.

    Best I have locally is 5 Guys...always real fresh, REAL effin cheese instead of cheese food product.

    **Best I ever had was the family Greek restaurant Sammy's where I grew up.

    Stop! Y'all are making me hungry...

    Any who I have two favorite places to go for burgers:

    Five Guys is definitely the place to go if you have one near you. The burgers are f**king food porn. The menu is very simple and you can literally pick anything (if you like meat) and it will be good. WARNING: Vegetarians and Vegans beware! [:tongue:]

    If you don't have a Five Guys near you, Wendy's is also a great option. If I'm looking for a chicken burger that's the place to go, the spicy chicken is very tasty. The Baconator is a classic favorite of mine as well.

    Around here Five Guys is the best burger you can get around here. A Wegmans (a gigantic grocery store for those not familiar) just opened by my house that has a Burger Bar inside and there burgers are as good if not better then Five Guys but there burger menu is limited.
