Sounds like pesto pasta. Basil, pine kernals, garlic and olive oil. Fry the pine kernals and garlic lightly to give them a bit of flavour then put everything in a blender. Pour over pasta and add some prawns, stirring it well.
Done.
(I'm shit at cooking so if your house explodes, don't blame me.)
Any cook in Torn city? Discuss all food, cooking..

If you wanna make green spagetti i recommend using parsley instead since it can handle heat compared to basil and such which gets grey at high temperatures. Iam married to parsley. Parsley rocks.
Edit: Use only italian parsley, the other one is nasty as hell. Pick off the leaves, wrap it up, chop it. So you get the texture in the herb instead of mashing it with the knife like an amateur.Last edited by Kapten_Klitoris on 01:08:23 - 11/08/15 (9 years ago) -

Posted on 02:03:23 - 24/09/15 (9 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkI made a oriental pesto that worked pretty good, I just used oriental basil in stead of regular basil and added a tiny bit of yuzu citrus zest. Oriental basil is called Shiso leaf and it comes red(purple) or green, use green. It tastes like a fusion of basil, mint, and cilantro. Yuzu citrus is a Japanese citrus, almost like a mandarin and Myers lemon hybrid.
