Preheat oven to 375
pour a sweet alchohol like a cider into the pan
layer base with potatoes and let sit for 10 min
Place meat of choice on top (chicken and turkey both work)
cut assorted veg and layer on top spreading as you go. for this recipe i used broccoli, carrot, yellow peppers, and mushrooms
Season to taste. for this one i used rosemary, peprika, chilli powder, basil, tumeric, and a touch of sage
Pour a touch of water on top, just like a splash, not too much
salt and pepper
cook for 40 minutes covered.
remove cover and let cook for another 10 min!
plate and enjoy -

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 325 F
On stove top
1) add in 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
2) 3 table spoons of oil
3) half a jar of sesame teriyaki sauce
4) about 12 splashes of regular teriyaki sauce
Bring to boil for 3 minutes before adding in Lamb
Place lamb into pan and cook each side for 3 minutes
while bottom is cooking, add dry ingredients of:
1) rosemary
2) paprika
3) allspice

All dry ingredients are to taste as i kinda just shake until it looks yummy!
after cooking each side for 3 minutes place skillet
