Have you ever been in a building or a certain house, or even just a room, and you just feel like you aren’t alone when you should be? Or like something terrible happened there? Like the place just feels haunted. That feeling of existential dread that washes over you. When you know something is wrong but you can’t quite place your finger on it.
When I was young, I lived a decent amount of time outside of the city on an acreage my father rented. During the day it was a simple enough home. But at night, it changed. Walking around that place always made me feel nervous. The loud incessantly creaking of the floorboards, and the hall full of closed doors that could hide any number of things waiting to jump out at me. Maybe it was just the sounds of the woods outside mixed with my own paranoia. But a part of me wants to believe it wasn’t. -

Most likely white noise. You should give it a look, it might ease your paranoia a bit

(that's why we have the instinct to sleep facing a door or why we always turn towards the door when we get into an elevator: to keep an eye on the activity)
It's all fine in the daytime, but at night, the brain wants you to seek what it is programmed to consider shelter (was very useful in the early days when we still had natural predators), so it gives an uneasy feeling in some situations. Even artificial lighting does not trick it. -

I, on the other hand, believe, know, and experience the spirit realm. There are things that are creepy and try to kill you, but there are also things that are as kind as the kindest humans, funny thing is that some look like absolute monsters.
Just remember to show respect to our non-physical counterparts, some may actually be the creatures we never want to incur the wrath of, and some are as harmless as grass. Some can be your best friend or your worst nightmare, sometimes both.
Stay smart, stay aware, be kind; they've seen things that most people never dream.

There's probably a spirit in every place on earth, they just don't typically manifest enough to actually affect us. I bet you that you've got someone following you, but you never notice them, that's because most people lose the ability to see with their third eye as they grow older, especially if you don't use it enough. Children can typically see spirits, so can animals. Remember when your dog was barking at "nothing?" How about when your cat was staring at "nothing?" Or your toddler talking to someone that wasn't there? There's our proof, your child, dog, and cat do not have delusions. Humans eventually develop delusions as they grow up, but a child is never born with them.
