The first one is an image from a paranormal investigator. The second one is not a Ghost, but rather a prop or costume.

To be fair, photography and videography are very finicky things, as are spirits.

Spirits are manifestations, or mass collections, of spirit energy in the physical world. They are like you and I, except they no longer reside here.

That said, the first picture shows signs of both paranormal and photoshop. There's an obvious disturbance in the quality of the recording, however it is too pixel bloated to tell whether it is real or not.

The second picture, however, has zero imperfections: the "mist" is consistent with physical vapor substance and light patterns, the light radiation is consistent with physical-induced light radiation. Spiritual energy tends to distort elemental and light or even absorb or block it entirely. This is a prop or costume.

There have been very few cameras reported to be capable to truly see a spirit fully, and even fewer that can "capture" a spirit, soul, or creature. You're simply highly unlikely to find an actual example of these cameras due to their rarity, they are not made by pureblooded humans. They are typically made by people or creatures with strong ties to the Spiritual Realms.

Plus, considering how they "capture" the essence of any kind of entities, they are highly dangerous items if they fall into the wrong hands, there is a reason you don't see or hear about the real items very much: they're illegal in most hands and very powerful, they are not to be used for photography, they are prisons; each "photo" taken of a spirit, soul, or creature is a window to that thing's isolated world, they can see you though you usually cannot see them aside from a "snapshot" from when they were captured. They can be freed, in the case of an incidental or wrongful imprisonment, or even if you want to destroy others, but it is not easily done. I will not disclose that information for the sake of others who want to live.

With all that said, this is my analysis of the two, my so called "TL:DR," Image 1 could be real, or it's a photoshop by what looks like a paranormal enthusiast who plays investigator. Image 2 is most likely just decoration that's original poster posted on the internet to gain clout in the paranormal community. When a spirit has their image recorded, a recording has some kinds of distortion because of the energy in the area. It's not usually as bad as the camera seld-destructing, but they are noticable. Those usually include: grain where there wasn't, distorted lines or areas missing, little time gaps that are so miniscule that it's barely noticeable, clicking or noises -- regardless of audible voices or gutteral sounds -- that you did not physically hear, shadows moving on camera that either are or not visible to the naked eye, light orbs or streaks that follow a path or loop that is not straight nor erratic and not consistent with physical light paterns before disappearing, mist or fog that does not smell or feel or appear to the eyes or camera like liquid or appear to manipulate light in a manner inconsistent with physical patterns -- especially considering it is not liquids like water. And other signs.

I hope you become friends with some of them, or at least coexist with them as peacefully as possible.

It's been awhile but I use to be able to, then years of trying to block it out, now I'm trying to unlock it. Stuff is indeed out there and we are all cable of seeing such things but it takes work there is no "push here" button. Also use to run a Ouija channel on YouTube where we did sessions bat random location/haunted location, we also had ghost hunting gear with us (not much though) unfortunately channel got banned after our one friend was saying some pretty nasty crap on the videos (we didn't try to edit any wanted to keep it raw) but ya  in time I'll be back till then never stop trying.

To be honest, I don’t know if I can really see ghosts… but sometimes, I catch a glimpse of something—or someone—that doesn’t quite seem human.

And whenever I realize it, it just vanishes. But I don’t think all ghosts are bad.

Honestly, I’m more afraid of humans who can kill than of ghosts.

And if there are kind spirits out there, I’d actually love to talk to them… maybe even be friends. 🫣
