On my chevelle I'm going black leather so it won't look dirty as easily and will have a nicer look to it. Also, it'll match the paint job I wanna do.

Is the green paint you wanna do a dark or lighter green? Personally, I don't think the white would look good with any shade of green, but I'm curious either way how it'll look. Any new pics?

It would be a very dark metallic color (so it would look black unless it was in the sun).

I honestly like the look of the white seats but the practicality of them is what I question. I might do a custom seat interior even. Regardless I know I have to order bucket seats.

Also as of now there aren't any new pictures because I'm still in school (and this year I'm taking organic chem and continuing on in physics - electricity and magnetism - so I'm pretty busy on those two courses alone haha).

I would love to see some pictures of your chevelle. What year is it? My mom's dream car is a 69 chevelle because her mom had it when she was a kid (a SS I believe). I particularly like the older around 67 years.

That's right, good American muscle. I love the styling of these older cars. Chevy, Ford, mopar - I admire the beauty in all of them haha.

However I am very much a mopar fan above all.

I recently bought myself a 1972 Plymouth Duster (twister package). The car has a 3 speed in the floor with a slant 6. This will be changed in my rebuild. I do a bit of Photoshop work so I'm in the process of creating renderings of the car's paint that I am thinking about going with. This will be my long term project AND EVEN IF YOUR NOT AN AMERICAN MUSCLE KIND OF GUY, THERE IS SURELY SOMETHING RESPECTABLE IN THE RESTORATION AND PERSONALIZATION OF SOMETHING THAT WHENEVER YOU GET INTO IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN! After all that IS what it is about.

So i will post the ideas and concepts of my build as they come in.

The first one being the sluggish slant 6 will be replace with a hand built 440 6 pack. Disc brakes will be put on all around and the suspension/differential will be upgraded to accomodate the newfound power.

That is ofc the long term goals. I have yet to do all the metal and fabrication work to get the body back to its formwr glory. Hope you guys look forward to this build as much as i do.
Love the old muscle cars of the late sixties and early seventies. Personal favourites 69' dodge charger, followed by the 70' dodge daytona and lastly the 69' pontiac gto judgehe

I plan on still updating this build but right now I have taken the liberty to store the car in a closed environment until I have built up some funds, just in case I run into something that might halt the build otherwise.
