Have a Great Day!

Cool question! My training and experience point me towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as these are both very good at getting down to the roots of your distressing thoughts and helping you learn cognitive strategies for dealing with them. Either would be fine; I think if you have C-PTSD, I'd point you towards CBT first.
However, you should also look into Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). These aren't as widely used (in contrast, you'll find CBT practitioners everywhere), but they can be a very powerful treatment for PTSD and can bring relief very quickly. A combination of CBT and TRE sounds good to me. -
